  • Location: The proposed parking is located at 100 mts short of Darjeeling railway station at NH 55.
  • Area: Area of the proposed property is approximately 2,500 sq mt.
  • Present Status of activities: It has an Empty Godown.
  • Proposed Construction: (For 190 ECS, Total Built Up Area 6,150 Sq mt)
  • Lower Ground Floor: 638 sq mt with provision of 14 Buses+166 sq mt for Ramp.(42 ECS)
  • Upper Ground Floor: 1,008 sq mt with provision of 21 Taxies, 30 Two Wheeler & 6 Shop + 438 sq mt for ramp (31 ECS)
  • First Floor : 1,008 sq mt with provision of 39 Taxies + 438 sq mt for Ramp (39 ECS)
  • Second Floor : 1,008 sq mt with provision of 39 Taxies + 438 sq mt for Ramp (39 ECS)
  • Third Floor : 1,008 sq mt with provision of 39 Taxies (39 ECS)
  • Present Estimate: 11 Cr. This is for the total project work. However, Cost of external electrification transformer etc. as obtained from competent authority of electrical wing, services charges etc to be paid to corporations/ municipalities, electrical authorities are not included.
